Sierra Natural Science Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is available in US only, via Fedex/UPS/USPS. 
  • Not all products are registered for use in all states. For product registration info, please contact the lead regulatory agency within your specific state/or locality.
  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday to Friday. Business days do not include holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship internationally, we are sorry for the inconvenience. 

Free Shipping Policy

  • Certain limitations apply to free shipping
  • Not available for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • Free shipping includes basic standard shipping rates
  • Less Than Truck Load and Pallet Orders
    • We offer free shipping on most Less Than Truck Load orders.  This does not include extra charges for special requests such as a liftgate, appointment, and non-commercial.  
    • These are extra charges that will be added at the time of checkout or invoice processing.  
    • Liftgate and appointments are an extra $50 and non-commercial delivery is an extra $80.

Sierra Natural Science, Inc. strives to provide superior customer service. Should you find our products to be defective please fill out a products return form and return. List the reason for return of the product and describe any defects with a digital photo. Sierra Natural Science will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.


Product may be exchanged or returned for credit. We do not issue refunds for product returned. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless there was an error in filling the order. Returns shipped freight collect will be refused. We do not credit or refund shipping charges.
We do not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturer defect. Returned product is subject to inspection before issuing a credit or exchange. For product credit, product(s) must be returned unused and in resalable condition. Bottles that are damaged due to human miscue (i.e., improper storage and handling) are not considered defective and are not eligible for replacement.


Upon arrival, goods will be evaluated for credit or replacement. Any item deemed defective by SNS will be replaced or a credit issued towards future product at discretion of SNS. Each return is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Any claim of shortage, damage, defects or wrong items must be submitted within 15 days of receipt. Any product damaged by the freight carrier cannot be returned for credit. Contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim.

Return Policy for Expired Product
All SNS products have a 2 year shelf life from date the product is shipped. Expired product can be returned up to 6 months after expiration for either credit or exchange at our sole discretion. RMA number must be obtained. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. At our discretion additional fees may apply (i.e. disposal fees, shipping, fee’s associated with state and local agencies, etc.).
